WIP.DOCKET File Transfer is used to upload and share files through secure transfer links. We collect only the information needed to create, protect, deliver, limit, and clean up file transfers.

Information We Store

We may store file metadata such as file name, file size, file type, transfer code, expiry time, download count, optional recipient email, optional message, and optional password hash.

Free Limits and Abuse Prevention

For free usage limits and abuse prevention, we store an anonymous browser ID and a hashed soft IP. We do not store the raw IP address for this limit check.

Payments

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or card payment providers. Their own privacy policies apply to payment data.

Expiry and Cleanup

Free transfer links expire after 24 hours. Paid transfer links expire after 7 days.

Data Sharing

We do not sell uploaded files, transfer metadata, or contact details. If you need help with privacy or deletion questions, contact WIP.DOCKET through the contact details provided on our website.
