By using WIP.DOCKET File Transfer, you agree to upload and share only files that you have the right to store and send. Do not use this service for illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content.

Free and Paid Limits

Free users may upload up to 2 GB per month, with a maximum of 2 GB per transfer, 10 transfers per month, 2 downloads per transfer, and transfer links that expire after 24 hours.

Basic users may upload up to 50 GB per month, with a maximum of 5 GB per transfer, 25 transfers per month, 10 downloads per transfer, and transfer links that expire after 7 days.

Pro users may upload up to 100 GB per month, with a maximum of 5 GB per transfer, 50 transfers per month, 10 downloads per transfer, and transfer links that expire after 7 days.

Paid limits apply only after successful payment and active access.

Interrupted Uploads

If an upload is intentionally cancelled by using the cancel button, the unfinished upload may be aborted and removed immediately. If an upload is interrupted unexpectedly, such as by internet failure, browser closing, or device interruption, the unfinished upload may remain available for up to 6 hours so the user can return and resume where supported. After that window, unfinished uploads may be cleaned automatically.

Transfer Links and Passwords

You are responsible for choosing whether to protect a transfer with a password and for sharing links only with intended recipients. Anyone with the link and required password may be able to download the file until the link expires or reaches its download limit.

Service Protection

We may block, expire, delete, or restrict transfers to protect the service, enforce limits, comply with law, or prevent misuse.

Availability

The service is provided as available. We are not responsible for losses caused by expired links, deleted files, incorrect uploads, recipient misuse, outages, or third-party provider issues.
