WIP.DOCKET Timestamp Notes helps users review video versions, add timestamped notes, create project links, and exchange feedback with clients. This Privacy Policy explains how this webapp handles the information needed to provide those features.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email address when you create or use an account. We also store the video URLs, project IDs, version or cut labels, timestamped notes, replies, markers, tags, and share-link data that you create inside the webapp.

For free-use protection, we may store a browser identifier and a soft IP hash. These are used to enforce free project and upload limits and reduce abuse of the service.

How We Use Information

We use this information to load and restore projects, sync notes between project owners and shared client links, manage free and paid limits, provide account access, process upgrades, and support the Timestamp Notes workflow.

Shared Client Links

When you create a client share link, people with that link may view the shared project videos and exchange timestamped notes for the linked project. You are responsible for sharing links only with people who should have access to that review.

Storage and Security

Timestamp Notes uses backend services to store project records, notes, share data, account status, and access controls. We apply reasonable safeguards such as backend checks, access rules, and service-side writes for protected records.

No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design the webapp to reduce unauthorized access and prevent client-side bypass of paid or free-use limits.

Payments

If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment providers process payment details. WIP.DOCKET does not store full card or banking details. We store payment or subscription status only as needed to provide paid access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your Timestamp Notes data. We may share limited information with service providers needed for hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, email, security, and support. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service.

Your Choices

You can delete or change project content where the webapp provides those controls. You may contact us to request account or stored data deletion where applicable.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or security practices change. The updated date will show the latest revision.
