These Terms apply to WIP.DOCKET Timestamp Notes, a webapp for reviewing video versions, adding timestamped notes, sharing client review links, and managing project feedback.

Use of the Webapp

You agree to use Timestamp Notes only for lawful review and collaboration purposes. You must not use the service to abuse free limits, attack the system, upload or share unlawful material, or interfere with other users.

Your Projects and Content

You are responsible for the video links, project details, notes, replies, tags, and other content you add. You should only use video URLs and materials that you have the right to review, share, or discuss.

Client Share Links

Client share links allow people with the link to view the shared project and exchange notes. You are responsible for who receives those links and for any project information you choose to share through them.

Free Limits and Abuse Controls

Free usage may be limited by project count, version or cut count, time window, browser identifier, account, and soft IP hash. Attempts to bypass these limits with repeated browsers, devices, automation, or other methods may result in blocked access or removal of free-use privileges.

Paid Plans

Paid plans may include higher project limits, higher version or cut limits, longer link validity, and other features. Plan limits, pricing, checkout availability, and included features may change over time.

Availability and Data

We work to keep Timestamp Notes reliable, but the service may be updated, paused, limited, or unavailable at times. You should keep your own backups of important project notes or exports when needed.

Third-Party Services

Timestamp Notes may rely on third-party services for video playback, hosting, authentication, payments, database storage, email, and infrastructure. Third-party video platforms and payment providers may have their own rules and availability.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the webapp changes. Continued use of Timestamp Notes after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
